This Privacy Policy explains how Xeplin Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application Cleana. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information. By using Cleana, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Device ID: We collect the unique device identifier (Device ID) for purposes related to app functionality, such as improving user experience and ensuring the proper operation of the app.
• Purchase History: We collect information about your in-app purchases, including transaction details. This information is used strictly for app functionality, such as verifying purchases and providing access to premium features.
• Google User Data: The Service requests access to Gmail API to allow you to unsubscribe from unwanted emails directly from within the app. Access to Gmail data is granted through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication process. The Service does not collect, store, or transmit any Gmail data to external servers. All data processing related to email management occurs locally on your device. You can review or revoke access to your Gmail account by managing connected applications within your Google account.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• Device ID: To ensure that Cleana functions correctly on your device and to enhance the overall user experience.
• Purchase History: To verify and manage in-app purchases and provide access to premium content or features.
• Google API Services Usage Disclosure
  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide us with access to your Google data, our use of that data is subject to these additional restrictions:
  • We will only use access to read, manage, and process emails (unsubscribe from) and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law.
  • We will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
  • We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or to comply with applicable law.
  • Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

To provide and improve our services, we use the following third-party services:

• Appsflyer: We use Appsflyer for attribution and analytics purposes to understand how users interact with our App. You can learn more about Appsflyer’s privacy practices at their Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): We use AWS to host personal data and enable our App to operate and be distributed. AWS’s privacy policy can be found at their Privacy Notice.

These services may collect usage data, such as device information and app interaction, to help us improve our service. No Google user data is shared with these third-party services.

Data Security

We prioritize the security of your information. While we take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Data Retention

We retain the Device ID and Purchase History only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Once the data is no longer needed for these purposes, it will be securely deleted.

Google User Data Sharing
We do not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data with third parties. All Gmail data accessed through Google APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing the unsubscribe functionality within the app.

Data Not Linked to User Identity

We do not link the Device ID or Purchase History to any personally identifiable information (PII). Your Device ID and Purchase History are used solely for app functionality and are not connected to your identity.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
